A member of our team will contact you to clarify the services you need. What surfaces need cleaning and what products are to be used on each surface? What are your priorities for the time allocated? How much furniture is there, and how much does it have to be moved to complete a task? 

It is up to you to decide the number of hours cleaning you want provided. If you are unsure of how long it will take for your cleaner to clean the home, we advise running through what needs completing in each room, the level of detail you would like, if any of the tasks can be completed on a rotation basis and what products and equipment you would like used on each surface. This will help you both determine how long the job should take and what can be achieved in the timeframe you have allocated.

Yes, it is better to use your own cleaning equipment and products for a regular or catch-up service so that you know exactly what is being used in your home. If you would like product and equipment supplied by the cleaner, there is a small additional cost. For a one-off clean such as a move out or spring clean, specialised cleaning equipment and products are provided as part of the service.
